Karl graduated in business administration from the University of Zurich. Here he put a focus on statistical subjects, as he is convinced of data-based decision-making. Previously, Karl worked in several IT projects at the Zürcher Kantonalbank.

Head of Community Management

Benjamin leads the social media and community division and is responsible for the planning and implementation of online marketing strategies. His enthusiasm for new online trends and genuine relationships help naoo to become better known and more successful.

Chief Product Officer

Gabriel is a highly skilled technical product manager with many years of experience in developing applications and leading development teams on a variety of projects.

Lead Software Engineer

Andrei is an AWS-certified software architect who develops highly available and scalable cloud-based backend systems. He also has experience in machine learning, mobile and front-end development.

CRM & Growth

Olga is a PhD student at UniBe and specializes in sociolinguistics. With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, she has worked in the Russian, European and American markets, developing and implementing email marketing strategies for educational companies.

In her current role at naoo, she is responsible for creating a seamless user experience that enables every user to derive value from using naoo on a daily basis.

Lead Frontend Engineer

More than 15 years of experience in developing mobile applications in different languages and operating systems. Timo is also part of Mobi Lab, a global software development company based in Estonia and the UK.

Admin & Customer Management

Aisyah is very organized and methodical, which makes her the ideal candidate for this position.

She has years of experience in a variety of sectors. In her last job she was responsible for the administration of a diving school.

Strategic Advisor

Founded and built Fintech Company and successfully exited with 120 employees and a global client base, acting as CEO from 1999 until 2005.

Founded Real Estate Company, successfully IPOed it and built it to a market capitalization of USD 1.4b with gross assets of USD 3b, acting as CEO from 2007 until 8/2023. Worked in management consulting for Accenture and IBM.

Phd. in Economics, magna cum laude from University of Zurich
