Who is behind naoo?

naoo is based in Switzerland. The team works in offices in Zug and Zurich. But some of us travel all over the world and work from wherever we are. It's just the way things are done today.

We put the content creators first. We want to give them a new platform to express themselves and earn something from it. With us, your content is important, we celebrate you and your creativity. That's why we pay you!

 

Users

 

Not everyone wants to tell about themselves or post films/pictures. That is very ok. Sometimes you just want to consume a few minutes. We want this to not just be a pastime with us, but to be fun and make you want more.

We do not sell user data. Our servers are located in Europe and the tools we use comply with all current European data protection laws. We value you and the time you spend with us.

How it all began

naoo was founded back in 2019. Originally, we wanted to create a real alternative to the usual loyalty and cash-back apps for SMEs and retailers in and around the city of Zurich. The first 100 customers were found quickly and then the pandemic came into play. The cool shops had to close and customers stayed away. Before we had actually started properly, we had to change our strategy. Last year we invested time and energy in the new naoo.

Since November 2021, our app has been presented in a completely revised version. Although all the tools from the original version are still there, our focus at the moment is fully on the users, the experience of a modern social media app and the naoo points. So we are making cash-back, but first with the users.
