    How can I make use of an offer?

  • To claim an offer, proceed as follows:

    Visit a business in the naoo community

    When entering the shop, tell the salesperson that you would like to take advantage of the offer.

    Open the naoo app

    Press the "Redeem" button on the offer or show your personal QR code

    Have the shop employee scan the QR code.

    Give valuable feedback after your purchase and spread the word

  • No, not all naoo offers necessarily have a price tag. It depends entirely on the company that created the offer and whether they want to indicate the price. For example, a haircut may have a fixed price, but a summer collection sale does not have a specific price.

  • Surveys are multiple choice questions that we ask you to get to know you better. They appear randomly in the feed and are very easy to answer. Your answers help us make your experience on naoo even better. We value the information you share with us and reward you for it with naoo points!

  • Currently you cannot pay for offers with the naoo app. You should pay with traditional payment methods (cash, card) and use the app to get your naoo points. We may combine payment and redemption into one transaction as we are constantly striving to improve the experience for you.

  • With naoo points, we reward you for your engagement in the app, for inviting friends to the community and for purchases from partner companies. naoo points are represented by a red infinity sign.

  • The naoo points can sometimes be redeemed for vouchers via your wallet. We are always changing the options and would like to present our users with the most attractive offer for their points.

    Naoo points themselves have no value and do not entitle the user to claim any kind of value in return.

  • There are several ways to collect points in the naoo app. In summary, there are 7 actions that you can use to collect points.

    Registration: naoo rewards users with points when they register on the platform and have a complete profile.

    Surveys: Users receive points when they answer random surveys. They enable us to better understand the users.

    Refer a friend: Invite friends or family with your personal link. Complete registrations from users referred in this way are rewarded.

    Contributions: Users are rewarded for original and original content. The more original and interesting, the more likely you are to collect points in the long term.

    Offers: Users are rewarded with points when they take advantage of offers and stores within the naoo community.

    Surprise: Users discover hidden offers on naoo for which they receive additional points.

  • The balance of your naoo points is always visible in the naoo app under the "Wallet" section.

  • No, your naoo points will not expire in 2023.

  • At the moment, businesses cannot collect points on naoo. We plan to include businesses in our points system and will keep you updated on progress by email.

    However, the user who has registered a company can very well collect points.

  • You can redeem your naoo points in the app for promotions, as cashback or for vouchers or special offers, depending on current availability.

    Naoo points have no value themselves and we do not undertake to exchange them for anything of value. We also reserve the right to delete points or let them expire.

  • naoo uses your data to make your experience more relevant. Our value proposition for individuals is to show offers, competitions and content that are relevant to them.

  • There are several ways in which naoo collects data from people:

    Personal information provided when registering with naoo

    Answers to surveys that are constantly asked in the feed

    Behavioural data that naoo tracks in the app, such as the types of offers a person engages with or content they engage with.

  • naoo only uses the data to improve the experience of the app. The data provided tells naoo about people's preferences, tastes, likes and dislikes. With this information, we can create more relevant content.

  • No. Your data will only be stored in naoo's databases and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

  • Yes. The Settings section of the app provides an overview of the data collected about a user. In addition, individuals can request an overview of all data stored about them.

  • Yes, all your data is stored securely in a European data centre with state-of-the-art encryption.

TWINT FAQ 

  • No, this does not mean that you will receive the money via the TWINT app. It is a digital shopping voucher that can only be redeemed on TWINT at the listed providers.

  • Download the TWINT app from the App Store, the Google Play Store or from the TWINT website: Download

  • 1) Navigate to your wallet in the naoo app

    2) Select your desired voucher

    3) Make sure you fill out the form correctly before you send it, especially the e-mail address!

    2) If you have any questions about the status of one of the other voucher cards purchased, activation errors and/or questions about the credit status or rejection of the termination, you can contact customer support.

  • Up to 14 days (except weekends and public holidays)

  • This depends on when you received the code. It will be stated in the confirmation email with the code. Once your digital purchase code has passed the expiry date, it is no longer valid and you can no longer order a new one.
