Before you contact us:

 
  • There are several reasons why we do not award points. If one of the following reasons applies, it is normal that you will not receive any points.

    1. You have reached the daily limit of 250 points. Beyond that, no more points will be awarded.

    2. Your content violates our guidelines or violates copyright laws. For example, if you post stock photography images or content from other creators, the system may automatically block you for an indefinite period of time.

    3. You violate basic rules of naoo and your account will be paused or your points will no longer be awarded.

  • We award 10 points for inviting new users. 90 for an active profile (user follows a certain number of people and posts content himself).

    However, if the user is already on naoo or has been on naoo before, we cannot award any points.
