Zurich, October 22, 2025 - naoo AG (Ticker: NAO; ISIN: CH1323306329) announces the appointment of Kevin Dragon as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Galina Yordanova as Chief People Officer (CPO) with immediate effect. With this expansion of the management team, naoo is positioning itself for further accelerated growth.

Kevin Dragon has 20+ years of experience in corporate finance, digital transformation and reporting excellence. His professional career includes positions at PwC Switzerland - with a focus on reporting, governance and digital finance - as well as management positions as CFO and Head of Finance in Swiss industrial and technology companies. There he was responsible for ERP and BI implementations, the acceleration of closing and reporting processes and the development of data-based performance management systems.

Galina Yordanova joins the management team as Chief People Officer (CPO). With over 15 years of HR experience in the DACH region, she has led organizational development and talent strategies at renowned brands, including Peek & Cloppenburg. Most recently, she was Head of HR at Kingfluencers AG, which has been part of the naoo Group since the beginning of 2025.

In future, Karl Fleetwood will focus entirely on his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will lead the areas of Business Development and Partner Execution and anchor technology and data-driven processes in the go-to-market area.
