Zurich, September 29, 2025 - The naoo Group can report a positive and fast-growing first half of 2025, in which significant strategic progress was also made. Consolidated Group sales in the reporting period increased massively to CHF 4.30 million (H1 2024: CHF 0.42 million), mainly due to the acquisition of Kingfluencers. Gross profit also increased sharply to CHF 1.62 million (H1 2024: CHF 0.07 million), which corresponds to a more than doubled gross margin of 38% (H1 2024: 16.0%).

EBITDA was primarily influenced by high extraordinary expenses for the further growth of the naoo Group and the successful integration of Kingfluencers totaling CHF 0.9 million. Taking these extraordinary effects fully into account, EBITDA amounted to CHF -1.22 million in the first half of 2025 (H1 2024: CHF -0.52 million). The net result for the period amounted accordingly to CHF -1.95 million (H1 2024: CHF -0.52 million).

The first half of 2025 was characterized by decisive strategic progress for the naoo Group. Thanks to the highly synergetic acquisition of Kingfluencers, the leading Swiss influencer agency with over 3,800 creators and more than 300 clients, the Group expanded its reach and client network and integrated stable, profitable agency revenues into the Group network. The combination of agency expertise and platform technology gives the naoo Group a unique market position and strengthens its presence in the long term.

In June, the naoo Group launched Gaia, a central data warehouse for all AI functions. Successful AI applications such as naooSense 2 in the feed and a new semantic search engine are already based on this. Initial initiatives with Kingfluencers - including naoo Mirror+, the onboarding of creators with over 3 million followers and the first presentation of the KING Awards - a new industry award that recognizes creative and authentic achievements in social media - illustrate the growing attractiveness of the platform.

With the expansion of the management team by Gregor Doser (13 years at Google Switzerland, instrumental in building YouTube Switzerland) and Philip Hofmann (over 15 years of sales and media experience), the naoo Group has also strengthened its commercial clout. In conjunction with the adjusted sales strategy at Kingfluencers, the sales and consulting team is being expanded in a targeted manner in order to deepen customer relationships, acquire key customers and build strategic partnerships.

For 2025 as a whole and beyond, naoo is very positive and plans to continue its very dynamic growth trajectory. The aim is to significantly increase both sales and operating performance. Karl Fleetwood, CFO & COO of the naoo Group, explains: "The first half of 2025 was very positive for naoo, we increased our Group revenue tenfold and set an important course for the future, both strategically and operationally. With the integration of Kingfluencers and the expansion of our AI infrastructure, we have laid the foundations to position naoo as a leading high-growth technology and media company in the long term."

Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger, founder, anchor shareholder and senior advisor of naoo, explains: "We want to continue our high growth rate and further expand and monetize our unique base in the coming periods with innovation, new features and products as well as regional expansion.
